Follow these simple vector outlines to locate your correct body measurements. Keep the measuring tape level.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, straight across your shoulder blades. Keep it snug but relaxed.
Locate your natural waistline, which is the narrowest point of your torso, usually 1-2 inches above your navel.
Stand with your heels together, measuring around the fullest part of your hips and seat (approx. 8 inches below waist).
For modesty drape, measure from the base of your neck straight down to where you want the hem to land.
Compare your body dimensions against our standard specs. Choose whichever standard size fits your largest measurement.

Go up a size for blouses and structured tops, especially if you prefer to layer or move freely. For gowns with stretch fabric or a wrap silhouette, sizing down usually gives a cleaner line — check the fabric note on the product page.
Every product page lists fabric composition. Anything with elastane or spandex (even 3–5%) will have a little give — our charts assume woven, non-stretch fabric unless stated otherwise.
For fitted blouses and gowns, size to your bust and have the waist taken in by a tailor if needed — it's easier to alter a garment down than up. For relaxed or A-line styles, size to whichever measurement is larger.
Stand in front of a mirror, keep the tape parallel to the floor, and take each measurement twice. A soft dressmaker's tape is far more accurate than a metal one — it follows the curve of your body instead of the shortest straight line.
