Most orders arrive within 60 minutes in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. Our courier waits while you try the piece on, so you can approve or return it on the spot.
Simply hand it back to the courier at the door. Since payment is held in escrow until you approve, you receive a full and immediate refund — no waiting, no disputes.
Your payment is held securely at checkout and only released to the designer once you confirm you're happy with the fit. Funds never move until you say so.
